Today, I weighed in at 199.0. Not the best, but hopefully it is the beginning of a downward trend. I was surprised I only lost 1.5 pounds this week, because I thought I had done better. But, 1.5 is definitely an accomplishment. Slow and steady wins the race?

More than once I have gone "I really hungry, let see what there is . . . .uh, it's too much trouble."
Actually, 1.5 lbs a week is the recommended amount for you to lose, to keep it off. Good going!
